This policy explains how UKReator delivers services, handles payments, and manages cancellations and refunds.

1. Services

UKReator provides digital services including:

• Web Design & Development

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Google Ads Management

• Digital Strategy

• Website Templates (digital products)

All services and products are delivered digitally.

2. Project Start

Work begins once:

• Scope is agreed in writing

• Required materials and access are provided

• Payment terms are accepted

3. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines vary depending on scope, responsiveness, and approval speed.
Projects may be delivered in stages:
Discovery → Design → Development → Review → Launch.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the review stage unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structure may include:

• Upfront deposit

• Milestone-based payments

• Monthly billing (for SEO or Ads management)

Payment instructions are provided via invoice.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@ukreator.com.

If work has not started, a refund may be issued (minus any processing fees).
If work has begun, payment is due for completed work or delivered milestones.

7. Refund Policy

Before work begins:
Refund may be available minus transaction fees.

After work begins:
Refunds are limited to unused portions after deducting completed work.

Completed milestones or delivered digital products are non-refundable.

For website templates or digital downloads:
All sales are final unless the product is proven defective.
